The one thing I am very glade about is the free airport pick-up. We were late coming into Guiling from Shenzen and I was pleasantly surprised to see the driver waiting for us right outside the arrival area. By the time we got to hotel it was way pass midnight. I appreciated that the driver did not do any sale push about tour package because we were are very tired at that time. The room is relatively spacious, however the bed was kind of hard and the floor was a bit old. The bath room was okay but not the best. The front desk was helpful. The location is great to access bus station and couple of scenic spots. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Although it wasn't the gourmet but for me who hasnot been back for 5 years, it was good enough. I like the Guilin rice noodle. All in all I am happy with the stay.

卫生干净 交通便利 唯一感觉就是价格和条件不符

地理位置不错，就在中山路上，离火车站汽车站都挺近的。。。 楼下有肯德基。。。。。 酒店也很干净。。

交通方便，附近餐饮配套齐全，靠近江边，唯一缺点就是手持花洒的水量小了点。

环境好，可惜没有早餐

什么时候了竟没有空调！早餐也不咋地

位置很好，到哪都方便。早餐也不错，20元一位，性价比较高！就是觉得大堂有点太过花哨！

房间比较大，不过感觉不到温馨感觉，房间的灯光也比较暗~性价比不高。

前面有人反映的电视机有蓝盈盈的LED光，的确也是个问题，我的解决办法就是把电视电源线拔掉了，呵呵

桂林人本来就是很好的，从导游到街上的小贩，感觉心态很平和，没有宰人的想法，服务价格都很公道。这家维也纳酒店，房间超大，床和被褥都很舒服，设施也很好，服务员的态度都很热情，对客人很有礼貌，对小孩很照顾。是很满意的一家酒店！ 美中不足有两个：一是热水有点小，当然还是够用的；二是房间里的人像油画，是写实风格的，过于逼真了，当然初衷是为了美观、豪华，但如果是一个人睡觉，半夜起来上厕所，冷不丁看到，会吓一跳。

酒店的设施条件很不错，位置交通挺方便的，环境比较满意。

酒店在市中心，挺方便的，而且房间比较大，环境还可以，要是价格在低点就更好了

地理位置不错，房间大，比较舒服，前面朋友提到的问题我们也同样碰到。看来没有改进。
