The good : 1) Convenient transportation. * Very close to Subway station (Route #10) * Bus stops are close by. * Easy to get a Taxi. 2) Supermarket is in 5min. walking distance. 3) Many restaurants are close by (not fancy though..). The bad : 1) Location is not easy to find. 2) Reception is hard to find. 3) Facilities are a bit old. 4) Internet access is not a bit time consuming 5) Door is NOT automatic lock , you have to lock it by yourselves 6) No complimentary water prepared. 7) Do not know where to get by breakfast.
