上海好友家旅店点评

Our bathroom is dirty - when we checked in, there were stains on the toilet seat (broken) that we had to clean ourselves and the shower tray is mouldy. The room is dated - nothing like the photos. The king-sized bed is as hard as any other hotels in China but we still slept well. This morning at 9am, a lady knocked on our door so that she could empty our rubbish bin (we were not impressed! Surely she could have changed it a bit later rather than waking us up) and when we came back to our room tonight, the room had not been cleaned and no fresh towels (note: all towels looked worn out and often had holes in them). However, there was no problem when we asked for fresh ones and they brought them to our room quite quickly. The free broadband internet is slow but workable but you'll need to pay a 20RMB deposit for the cable! Also, the kettle looked so dirty that we didn't dare to use it. But overall, this hotel is cheap for Shanghai and had availability during expo and the Oct 1 National Day. It's 5mins walk from the Chifeng Rd metro station. But we would look elsewhere next time if we were back in Shanghai.

总的来说一般，没什么特点，位置是在赤峰路和东体育会路的十字路口上，离轻轨3号线赤峰路站不远，离8号线也不算太远。当时住在临街的一面，夜间休息不够安静。

上回去上海旅游,由于是自助游,所以就让上海的同学帮忙找的酒店,拿会员卡才200元一宿,床非常大,可以睡三个人,卫生间爷特别干净特别大,网速也还可以,不过要向服务员要网线,还要交20元押金,总的来说住的我非常满意,上海房价这么贵,在这住一年都觉得比租房子便宜,嘿嘿~~

冬天的时候酒店里面太冷，我适应不了这里的气候，主要是酒店的空调不是很好，当时我换了好几个房间都不行，我住的房间淋浴的玻璃间有的地方有点坏了，后来找酒店给我过来修的，当时是打完电话报修之后，人家几分钟就过来给修了，服务还可以。下了地铁沿着赤峰路走一段路就到酒店了，酒店离地铁比较近，出行挺方便的。

上面标示的是二星级宾馆，但是进去后，感觉比较一般，服务还成，但是卫生有点小问题，被褥上当时还有头发，比较受不了。其他的就是位于赤峰路上，是个单行道，出行只能打车或步行至地铁站。

价格也可以，住宿环境也可以比较安静，出门不是很方便，它是一个单行道，打车还挺方便的。同档次里面算是比较好的吧。房间各个方面都还不错吧，房间还挺大的。到地铁站不到公交一站路。服务人员服务比较到位。我觉得安全性再加强一下就可以了，最主要我们去的时候，临街的窗户做的不是很好，觉得不安全，应该是没有什么吧。

上海の中心部から外れているだけあって、安いホテルです。その割りに内装も一応ゴージャスに見える調度品がそろっています（しかしよく見ると安っぽいのはご愛嬌）。 しかし、問題なのは清掃が行き届いていないことでした。髪の毛が落ちています。ルームサービスに入っているはずですが、翌日もその次の日も綺麗にはなりませんでした。 アメニティは、このクラスなりの普通なものです。 近くにはコンビにもあるし、赤峰駅までも歩いて５分強です。その途中にはレストランやマッサージ屋などあります。 ヘアードライヤーはレセプションで貸してもらえます（デポジット料金は預けます）。

我估计那里很久没有装修了，我去那次窗子是关不上的，不知道现在弄的怎么样了，里面的热水壶也锈迹斑斑的，冷水出的也很慢。里面的卫生做的还行。地理位置还行，交通蛮方便的，在车站附近。

This hotel needs a vast improvement in staff service and facilities before it can truely be called a "business hotel". The staff were bordering on rude on all interactions I had with them. I have stayed at about 20 hotels of similar price in China and this was by far the worst, even considering the language barrier. The electronic passes for the room are very slim and flimsy, they will break very easy. Clearly this is a design fault, but if you break it you will forfeit 30 yuan in deposit. Also they did not have any facilities for guests such ad a bottle opener. While this may seem petty it is an example of how poorly set up this "business hotel" is. I do not believe even a Chinese business person would accept such a poor quality hotel, especially in Shanghai. Definitely do not stay at this hotel!

地理位置不错，客服也挺好，如果以后有需要，还是惠再选这家的。周边小吃餐饮也很多，因为靠近五角场的，所以各方面都很方便，总体上都还不错。

I don`t want to be negative ,but after flying all the way to China from the States, checking into our room at this place was a supreme disappointment. The floors hadn`t been vacuumed in I don`t how long, The bathroom reeked of urine and the ceiling over the shower stall was moldy and sagging. We asked for a new room and the new one was marginally better. Hooker call cards were scattered about, I think when they say Business Hotel, the`re talking about the sex trade. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

这家酒店要想成为一家名副其实的“商务酒店”,那得在服务和设施方面大作一番改善。我所接触到的所有服务员都很没礼貌。我在中国住过同等价位的近20家酒店,而这里到目前为止是最烂的,即便不考虑语言障碍的问题。房间的电子门非常窄,而且很薄,很容易就会坏带哦。显然这是设计的问题,但是如果你把门弄坏了,那就得从押金里扣掉30块。另外,他们也没有任何为客人准备的设施,比如开瓶器。虽然这是件小事,但是也说明了这家“商务酒店”有多差。我不认为即便是一位中国的商务人士,会接受这么差的酒店,尤其是在上海。 绝对不会住这家酒店了!

我们的浴室非常脏——当我们在这里办理完入住手续之后,我们就发现厕所的座便器的盖已经坏了,而且盖上还有污渍,我们还得自己清理。关键是淋浴盘上还有霉菌。 这里的房间非常旧——跟照片上看到的一点都不一样。这里的特大号床铺跟中国其他酒店的一样硬,但是我们依然睡的很好。今天早晨9点的时候,有一位女士来敲我们的门,她是想为我们清理房间里的垃圾桶(这一点都没有让我们觉得欣慰!我们觉得她完全可以晚些时候再来,干嘛要把我们敲醒,影响我们休息呢?)晚上的时候,我们回到自己的房间,房间已经被打扫过了,而且没有干净的毛巾(注意:所有的毛巾看起来都很旧了,有的还有洞)。但当我们问他们有新毛巾吗的时候,他们倒是也没嫌麻烦,马上就送到我们的房间里了。 这里有免费的宽带,按时很慢,可是也能用,但是如果你要网线的话,还得交20块钱的押金!而且,这里的热水壶看起来很脏,我们根本就不敢用! 但是,总体上来说的话,在上海来说这家酒店还是非常便宜的,而且即使在世博会加国庆期间都有房间,从赤峰路地铁站过来的话步行也就五分钟。但是下次如果我们再来上海的话,我们一定要去找其他的地方!

After flying half-way round the world it was extremely unsettling to think that I had to spend three nights in this deplorable, decrepit hotel. The first thing one notices is the business card (this must be the "business" part of the hotel's name) for a hooker, then the basket of condoms on the desk. The ceiling was peeling off, the rug made the supplied slippers make perfect sense, the light quality in the bathroom made shaving a very dangerous venture, and the shower needed to be so quick or the over-runninng water would flood the floor. The bed made my kitchen floor at home seem not a bad option for a night's sleep. All in all, this was a horrible hotel and not the sort of first impression I should think that China wants to make to foreigners.
